Making Work Meaningful

 

 

I love to learn, I love to teach and I love to do meaningful work. I’m a helper and a nurturer. Give me the opportunity to help someone be the best they can be, and I’m happy as a clam. Give me the opportunity to help a business be more successful, and I’m all over that, too. These are the things that light my fire.

Some people just work to be busy. They will slug tirelessly at things that are relatively meaningless. Are they driven by a martyr complex? Are they manic? What gives? Make your work meaningful and do your level best.
